Promote a project within the portfolio (H2L to LO to SP)

If satisfactory molecules are identified and a certain degree of biological activity is established, a lead series is declared, and the project moves from the H2L to the lead optimization (LO) stage. Further additional studies and improvements are done to move the compounds to the SP stage.

There are three sub stages in the Portfolio component - H2L, LO and SP.




  1. To view the data summary of all portfolios, click on "Portfolio". You can filter by project id, project name, target, primary organization, status or the current stage, using the filter box.






  1. Select a specific project, to view the project information, project dates, priority & probabiltiy and compound evolution.









  1. Click on "Compound evolution", and record the properties of the compound, and click on "Add compound".






  1. Promoting to SP has very similar process as above. Promoting a portfolio from SP automatically creates a project in the post portfolio.
